Umami Mushroom-Sesame Vinaigrette, July 2019

Ingredients
½ c. (4 oz.) rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. (2.5 oz.) NOBULL Umami Mushroom Scratch Starter Concentrate
¼ c. (1.5 oz.) sesame oil
1 c. (9 oz.) vegetable oil

Procedure
Whisk vinegar and NOBULL Umami Mushroom Scratch Starter Concentrate together. Whisk in oils. Season to taste.

Yield: 1 pint
