12 oz. salmon fillet, whole or cut into 4 pieces
1 tsp. NOBULL Carrot Ginger Scratch Starter
2 tsp. vegetable oil
Heat oven to 425˚.
Line a sheet tray with parchment and place salmon, skin side down, on the tray.
Mix NOBULL Scratch Starter Concentrate with oil.
Using a pastry brush or spoon, coat the salmon with the NOBULL/oil mixture.
Roast until salmon is cooked through, about 12- 15 minutes.
