This is a delicious addition to the Thanksgiving meal!
2 large portabellos
6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. NOBULL Mediterranean Scratch Starter Concentrate
Preheat oven to 375˚. Line a sheet tray with parchment. Whisk oil and NOBULL Mediterranean Scratch Starter Concentrate together. Rub 1 Tbsp. of mixture on the outside of the caps. Place mushrooms on the pan, stem side up. Drizzle mixture over mushrooms, rubbing slightly into the gills.
Bake 20 minutes.
