Quick NOBULL Ramen


8 c. water

2 tbsp. NOBULL Umami Mushroom Scratch Starter Concentrate

1 tbsp. NOBULL Carrot Ginger Scratch Starter Concentrate

½ tsp. grated ginger

1 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce

2 c. cooked, sliced vegetables, optional

12 ounces ramen noodles, cooked and warm

4 scallions, sliced

Optional additions

Siracha or hot sauce

Cooked, sliced protein (sliced tofu, chicken, pork, hard-boiled egg, etc.)


To make the broth:

Boil water in a large pot on stove. Add NOBULL, ginger, tamari, and vegetables to the pot.

Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Add additional NOBULL to taste.

To assemble:

Divide noodles into 4 bowls. Ladle broth and veggies into each bowl.

Garnish with scallion, hot sauce, and protein. Serve immediately.


Yield: 4 servings
