This is a great seasonal side, works well with any variety of cabbage.
¼ c. lime juice
¼ c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ c. cilantro leaves
2 tsp. NOBULL Carrot-Ginger Scratch Starter Concentrate
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. sugar
1 head cabbage (green, savoy or napa)
Lime wedges, for garnish
Heat grill to high heat. In the meantime, place lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, NOBULL Carrot-Ginger Scratch Starter Concentrate, cayenne and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth. Remove the outer, tough leaves from the cabbage and cut into wedges, keeping the inner core and stalk. Lightly coat the wedges with grapeseed oil. Please wedges on the grill, cooking for about 4-6 minutes per side. When cabbage is starting to wilt but still firm in the middle, remove from the grill. Place cabbage on a serving plate, pour dressing over the wedges. Garnish with lime and serve.
