Garlicky Braised Greens, June 2019

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. NOBULL Original Scratch Starter Concentrate.
1 lb. braising greens, washed and stemmed
1 – 2 Tbsp. water, if needed
1 Tbsp. vinegar, champagne or apple cider

In a large pot, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add NOBULL Original Scratch Starter Concentrate. Stir and cook until fragrant. Add greens and stir until they begin to wilt. Add water if needed to help braise. Cover and cook until greens are tender, 5 – 10 minutes. Stir in vinegar and season to taste with additional NOBULL as desired.

Yield: 5-6 servings
