Baked Chicken Wings


  • 4 lbs. of Chicken Wings
  • 1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Scratch Starter Concentrate, any variety
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil


Preheat oven to 400°F
Pat wings dry with a paper towel (for crispy skin)
Whisk NOBULL and oil together
Coat wings (marinate up to 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight, as desired)
Line a sheet tray with parchment
Place wings on sheet tray and place in the oven
Cook 40-45 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature reads 185°F

Yield: 3-4 servings
