NOBULL Meatloaf (GF option)
1 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey, etc.)
4 tsp. Mediterranean NOBULL Scratch Starter Concentrate
½ cup yellow onion, minced
½ cup bread crumbs (GF option: GF bread crumbs or ground rice chex)
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
½ c. pureed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Mediterranean NOBULL Scratch Starter Concentrate
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
¼ – ½ c. brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients together.
Place in a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place on a sheet tray with parchment.
Heat up topping ingredients. Adjust seasonings as desired.
Cover meatloaf with the topping.
Bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour (or until thermometer tests at 160˚F)
Yield: 4 – 5 servings
