Sauteed Greens wit Garlic

NOBULL Garlicky Braised Greens

 2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. NOBULL Original Scratch Starter Concentrate.
1 lb. braising greens, washed and stemmed
1 - 2 Tbsp. water, if needed
1 Tbsp. vinegar, champagne or apple cider

In a large pot, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
Add NOBULL Original Scratch Starter Concentrate.
Stir and cook until fragrant.
Add winter greens and stir until they begin to wilt.
Add water if needed to help braise.
Cover and cook until greens are tender, 5 - 10 minutes.
Stir in vinegar and season with additional NOBULL Original Scratch Starter to taste.

Yield: 5-6 servings
