Garlicky Braised Greens

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. NOBULL Scratch Starter Concentrate, any variety
  • 1 lb. winter greens, washed and stemmed
  • 1-2 Tbsp. water, as needed
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar, champagne or apple cider

Procedure:

In a large pot, saute garlic in olive oil until fragrant
Add NOBULL Scratch Starter Concentrate
Cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant
Add winter greens and stir until they begin to wilt
Add water if needed to help braise
Cover and cook until greens are tender, 5-10 minutes
Stir in vinegar and season to taste with additional NOBULL Scratch Starter Concentrate

Yield: 4-5 servings
